GOODNESS GRACIOUS THIS LITERALLY TOOK FOREVER TO DO.
Sai was even starting to give up on me... I was working on the first batch of confetti AND THEN SAI SOMEHOW CLOSED ITSELF. I was really upset but once I restarted SAI, I kept going!Speaking of confetti, I really love confetti. XD
Sai did a lot of not nice things while I was in the process of this drawing, BUT THEY AREN'T IMPORTANT!
ANYWAYS!
I don't know really know how New Year's is at the Czech Republic, but here in America we have a thing where we either go all the way to New York City to watch the New Year Ball drop in person or just watch it on TV. (It doesn't literally drop, but it descends from the pole really slowly but we refer it to as "drop". We're such a lazy bunch.

SO HOW IN THE WORLD DID ZALY AND DARIO GET UP THERE?!
HOW ARE THEY EVEN STAYING ON?!
...guess those questions are just going to remain a mystery!

Man... I remember how I told you, Zaly, that I wanted to do two drawings but I knew I was only going to do one because, well, life got EXTREMELY hectic around the holidays! XD
The other drawing I wanted to do was something cute with your OC Zaly and Scarebot but it seems my mind wasn't really feeling anything cutesy! Besides, this year was downright crappy here and there!
I had a bunch of fun drawing this overall!!
...although Zaly's and Dario's hair was really complicated! XDMainly Zaly's. xD
I used A LOT of references of yours and even ScaleFang's since I really did intend to draw Zaly and Scarebot but, like I said, that never really happened.
Yes, I even had to look up a picture of the ball and yes, I traced some of it to get the shapes correct but the rest was drawn by hand and some help from the lineart tool.
Before I forget! Dario is supposed to look like he's about to clench his hand into a fist because he's not that too happy with Zaly.
Speaking of Zaly! ...NO her hand is not suddenly Tigger's paw. xD It's supposed to be a mitten because there had to be SOME reference to a tiger somewhere!...mainly it's because I wasn't in the mood to draw her other hand with nails like the one that is seen. xD
Will I win?? Who knows.
I had fun and that's all that matters!!
One more thing!
I didn't put the Mature Content filter on because, well, I used the bad word in the title.

This is kinda what I expected and that's a really good thing for you and your competitiveness 
Characters are so beautifully in-character, plus all their details on their clothing, oh my! 
Seriously looks like something that would come out of my mind, if that doesn't offend you Oh, yas, Zaly's hair, I feel your pain, I designed her, I gotta draw her all the time
And no worries, I understand your struggles, I told you that drawing multiple pictures at once isn't as easy as it seems
One picture is more than enough, trust me 
But it's never too late Here, we come to the (or watch it in TV as you 
) Prague astronomical clock and watch it hit the midnight, if we are talking about the New Year here, so the picture fits here too! 
At first I thought they are in a strip club and the shiny pieces of paper are money, my dirty mind, thanks for the explanation in the description
