I don't know what year this OC was made but I'm going to assume SOMEWHERE in 2000-2013 because who actually knows.  

ANYWAYS
Once again unlike Crissy, poor girl, Alexandra was in a story just as well! Thankfully it was never submitted on dA because it was called "Humans VS Fairies" what a title. Perhaps this was 2013?
Alexandra is the queen of the fairies and even managed her way to appear what younger me had in mind for the book cover. 
She's also twenty-four years old! I must say young me, I'm quite impressed! I have soo many young adult OCs it kills me. A lot of things are killing me like the fact THAT THERE IS NO DIVERSITY OMFG. I HATE MYSELF. 
...Other than that, from what I read from the story she met a human girl named Helena who was eight years old at the time. In this world of fairies, they can change their size from tiny to life-size if they were human. Another thing that I read is that they're pale like vampires which I don't understand either. RIP my brain. 
Alexandra's husband's name is Alexander. So great I know. But the greatest thing is the name of their daughter... DRUM ROLL PLEASE!!
*drum rolls*

"WE COULD OF HAD IT ALLLLL. ROLLING IN THE DEEEEEEEEP!" *shot*
Okay but yes. Legit that's her name. Adele. If memory isn't deceiving me, I picked that name because I liked Adele (and still do!) along with how I thought it was a pretty name. 
Another thing that I noticed while reading was a lot of the characters had A-letter names... Wtf young self what were you thinking???
Her outfit is simply what I drew for that cover which I am grateful that it isn't here on dA.  
At first the small circles around her were going to be fireflies but then I thought that they could be other fairies to comfort her or something. Whatever works for you guys.  
Oh yeah, she's got stars on her wings. Young me was something else. XD
...It's hard to tell but her hair is actually long and if her eyes were opened they would be green (almost looked like emerald to me).

As far as year goes... I don't know when this story was taken place. Obviously when people believed in fairies but if I were to tell you exactly when that was... I couldn't.  

Oh by the way!! Yes, I know everything is all sketchy and messy but I honestly didn't want to spend the whole day making it look neater because that would have made me upset. It's not fun to lineart.
Despite this, I'm actually really happy the way this came out!

10/16/17 EDIT:
I really have no idea why but for some reason, I put down just a plain #6 for her OCtober number when she and two others were also posted on the same day. I just never... really... realized this until now... 
Oops! At least I fixed it now though! 

The "..." after Helena is gone because I don't have enough room.
I know I could easily change the whole title altogether but, I want to keep it like that because I definitely changed how I titled my OCtober entries.
